Where we work, how far out we go for each kind of job, and what the honest answer is when a site is outside it.
Coverage by town
| Town | Planned maintenance | Service calls | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waco | Yes | Yes | Our own town. Everything, including the awkward jobs nobody else wants. |
| Hewitt | Yes | Yes | Short run. No difference in how we schedule it. |
| Woodway | Yes | Yes | Mostly residential work and small suites. |
| Robinson | Yes | Yes | Mixed. Light industrial along the highway. |
| Bellmead | Yes | Yes | Warehousing and trade counters. |
| Lorena | Yes | Yes | Further out — worth grouping visits where we can. |
| McGregor | Yes | Yes | Furthest of the regular towns. Same terms. |
If you are outside that list
Ask anyway, and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe. For a maintenance agreement on a multi-unit site, distance matters much less than it looks — the visits are planned, so they get grouped and the travel is absorbed into the schedule.
For a single service call on a single unit an hour away, distance matters a great deal, and you are usually better served by somebody closer. We will say that rather than sell you a callout, and where we can we will tell you who to try.
The one thing we will not do is take a maintenance agreement for a site we cannot reach reliably in the week something fails. A contract we cannot honour in July is worth nothing to either of us.
